    During my recent stay at Pullman, I was actually surprised by the level of professionalism and attentiveness from the hotel staff. The shuttle van drivers, Mike and Mr Wong, always ensured a safe and enjoyable ride, making our daily commute hassle-free. The bar workers, Alma and Shirley, greeted us warmly and brought a smile to our faces with their genuine happiness. The manager, Edward, promptly addressed my room temperature concern and swiftly provided me with a comfortable alternative. the new addition to the staff, Romane, made our mornings good with her helpfulness at the breakfast buffet. I had a wonderful experience at Pullman and would highly recommend it.

    The hotel is conveniently located next to a popular shopping mall and just a short distance from the railway station. Guests can enjoy exploring the nearby big shopping center, or take a relaxing walk around the lake. the spacious rooms are clean and well-equipped, while the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the staff are friendly and speak English, providing excellent service to ensure a comfortable stay.

    We loved the hotel's location near the Weifang railway station, making transportation easy and convenient. We also appreciated the proximity to a big shopping center that had a variety of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The cleanliness of the rooms was also excellent, and the hotel facilities were modern and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-in.

    The hotel had a good location near the train station and shopping mall. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and well-decorated. We also enjoyed the gym facilities and the fact that there was a pool available.

    The food at the restaurant was quite expensive and not very tasty. we found that there was a lack of management throughout the hotel, which led to some inconveniences during our stay.

    This hotel provides an extravagantly luxurious experience with exclusive amenities including a top-tier Spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna all crafted to create a calm and rejuvenating ambiance. the garden area is magnificent and the leisure/ TV room is ideal for unwinding after a long day. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offer exceptional quality dinner and special diet menus.

    Without breakfast included, in-room or otherwise, the pricing of the meal may come across as expensive, especially for vegetarians. taking a stroll to the nearby mall may offer a great variety of options.
